This Week’s Meeting We will be meeting outside in the troop shed and shelter this week. We will have a summer camp meeting for all of the scouts attending summer camp this year.
NYLT If you are attending NYLT this summer, please see Mr. Gormly or Mr. Schuessler so we can be sure to have someone there for scoutmaster night.
Troop Reimbursements As a reminder, if you have any purchases on behalf of a patrol or the troop for an event (i.e. food for a patrol, reserving a campsite), the deadline to request reimbursement is one month after the end of the event.
If you still have any remaining requests for BSA 101 and mulch delivery day, you MUST submit them to Mark Washington ( by the end of this weekend to qualify for reimbursement.

While the troop will not be participating as a unit in any of the events other than Peterloon, scouts and their parents are encouraged to attend as many of these events as they want. Summer Camp T-Shirts Last day to order those limited edition, Troop 750 Summer Camp T-Shirts!
This year’s design recognizes the 100th anniversary of Camp Friedlander and is available in both red and blue options for our girls and boys units. The Sport-Tek Competitor shirts are made of a wicking material. The Gildan 50/50 shirts are a more traditional t-shirt.
These shirts are not required for summer camp participants, but are highly encouraged as a way to show your scout spirit, troop pride and ENTHUSIASM!
Please place your order using the link below prior to 5/31/19. You can make your payment directly on the order form. If you wish to use your scout account, please save the receipt and submit to Mr. Washington for reimbursement. (

Forms necessary: 1. Annual Health and Medical Record ( (If you completed parts A&B at registration, you will only need Part C to be completed by a physician)
Forms specific to participation: 1. COPE, Climbing ACE Consent and Hold Harmless Form ( 2. Cowboy Action Hold Harmless Form ( 3. Special Diet Request Form ( 4. Pre-Camp Swim Classification Record ( (If swim check is done outside of the Troop) 5. Scuba ( & Snorkeling Forms ( (I don’t believe anyone is signed up) 6. Family night: Family name, how many, and a check written to: “Dan Beard Council” ($8 per person, kids 6 and under are free)

Canoe Trek Updates Reminder that River Bags 1 and 2 must brought tonight, May 30. Be sure to keep informed about the weather forecast in St. Louis and Akers Ferry, Missouri and pack accordingly. We will be packing the trailer tonight. Also Medical Forms A, B and C are due May 30. We will pass out the Canoe Trek T-shirts as well.
Everyone should have received an invitation to the Google doc with packing list, daily schedule, river map with markers and other important information. Please review all the information. If you do not have access, email Mr. Vieux.

Advancements and Eagle Projects Scouts needing a Board Of Review for Rank Advancements contact should contact our Advancement Chair, Mr. Kevin Owen. Before scheduling your Board of Review, please request your TroopMaster records from Mrs. Lyons at ( , or Mr. Goodrich at ( , so that we can confirm all rank advancement requirements have been met. If you have merit badge award questions, please see Mrs. Ponstingle.
