This Week’s Meeting This week we will be wrapping up training for the survival campout and making para-cord bracelets.
PLC The monthly PLC meeting for all members of the troop leadership is this Thursday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm. A pizza dinner will be provided. Please let your SPL know if you cannot attend.
Survival Campout Meet at the church at 5:30pm this Friday with a plan to dismiss from the church at 9:00am on Sunday.
Here is the list of items scouts will be permitted to take to their campsite this weekend: * Water bottle * Rain gear * Flashlight * Pocket knife * Sleeping bag * Scout handbook * Emergency medication (e.g. rescue inhaler, EpiPen, etc.) * Para-cord bracelet made at meeting on Thursday
All other items that scouts may need this weekend will be provided by the troop. Scouts should also pack a change of clothes and may pack additional items to be left in the car.
The packing list for the adult leaders is at their own discretion.
Memorial Day Parade We will be once again carrying the garrison flag in Mason’s Memorial Day parade this year. All members of Troops 0750 & 1750, Pack 750, and Crew 750 are invited to join us. All participants should be in their field (class A) uniform. Please plan on meeting in the parking lot of Shorten & Ryan funeral home by 9:15am, and we will move to our assigned spot in the parade line-up after that. The police will be closing down the parade route through downtown Mason starting at 5th Avenue around 9:30am. The parade starts around 10am and we will dismiss by the intersection of Mason-Montgomery Rd and Foxfield Dr by 10:45am.

Summer Camp T-Shirts Time to order those limited edition, Troop 750 Summer Camp T-Shirts.
This year’s design recognizes the 100th anniversary of Camp Friedlander and is available in both red and blue options for our girls and boys units. The Sport-Tek Competitor shirts are made of a wicking material. The Gildan 50/50 shirts are a more traditional t-shirt.
These shirts are not required for summer camp participants, but are highly encouraged as a way to show your scout spirit, troop pride and ENTHUSIASM!

Canoe Trek Updates We will be meeting again this week to finish any meal planning, discuss canoe and tent assignments, answer any questions on packing and discuss safety afloat.
Reminder that River Bags 1 and 2 must brought on May 30. Be sure to keep informed about the weather forecast in St. Louis and Akers Ferry, Missouri and pack accordingly. We will be packing the trailer that night. Also Medical Forms A, B and C are due May 30. We will pass out the Canoe Trek T-shirts that night as well.
Everyone should have received an invitation to the Google doc with packing list, daily schedule, river map with markers and other important information. Please review all the information. If you do not have access, email Mr. Vieux.
