The final payment for summer camp is due to Mr. Washington by May 10, 2018.
Medical Form C with a physician’s signature and copy of both sides of insurance card must be turned into Mrs. Hilbert no later than June 1. Make those doctor’s appointments now!
COPE, Cowboy Action, Scuba Medical Statement and Release Form, Early Release and Diet Request Forms must be turned into Mr. Vieux no later than June 1.
If you are signed up for an Aquatics Merit Badge or want to do Aquatics activities at camp during Open Activities time, you must complete the BSA Swim Test. The next date is tentatively set for April 29 from 2-3 pm at the Mason Community Center. If you intend to come on that date, please sign up on the sheet at the troop meeting during the next two weeks. We will confirm this date based on sign up responses. If you do not do a swim check with the troop, you will have to do the test on the first day of camp. If you have questions about swim tests, talk to Mr. Walker, Mr. Weaver, Mr. Smith or Mr. Vieux.
